Shipping address
The delivery address can be the home or even the workplace address, any delivery address within Hungary can be specified. The delivery address may differ from the billing address. It is worth indicating the address where the customer is most likely to be at the expected time of delivery.
Delivery time
Our online store orders are delivered by Magyar Posta Zrt. or GLS, from which you can choose the one that suits your needs when placing the order. Packages are delivered on working days between 8 am and 5 pm. The courier service attempts to deliver twice. The delivery time is 1-3 working days, depending on when the order was placed. The deadline is 2 working days for orders placed until 7 am. The delivery deadline for orders placed after that is 3 working days. If it takes longer than this, please contact us at hello@cycle.bio .

The shipping fee includes packaging costs. For purchases over 12,000 HUF, shipping with the Magyar Posta (MPL) service provider is free. Shipping fees are valid for deliveries within Hungary and include VAT.
Free home delivery for all orders over 12,000 HUF with Magyar Posta.

Return conditions (Withdrawal from purchase)
You can return ordered products within 14 days of delivery. Unopened, original condition products must be returned at your own expense and will not be refunded by our webshop. To request a refund for returned products, please contact us athello@cycle.bio by email and providing your details, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products within 8 working days.
Warranty conditions
If the product purchased on our website does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, with a refund of the shipping fee. The 14-day return service does not affect the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance selling, but supplements it for the benefit of CYCLE customers.
We will only accept returned products if they have been used for their intended purpose and have not significantly diminished in value. Our website reserves the right to refuse to accept products returned in an unsuitable condition and/or with significant impairment. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse to accept one or more products returned by a user in a significant number and/or on several occasions or regularly, if we detect abuse of the 14-day product return service or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse of the 14-day product return service.
