Delivery and Shipping Conditions
Shipping Address
The delivery address can be your home address or even your work address within EU or UK. The delivery address can be different from the billing address. The delivery address should be the address where the customer is most likely to be at the time of delivery.
Delivery time
Parcels are delivered on working days. The delivery time ranges between 5-8 working days for orders placed before 7:00 am. If it takes longer, please contact us at hello@cycle.bio .

The shipping cost includes the cost of packaging. For purchases over 50€, delivery is free of charge. Delivery charges are valid for delivery in EU and include VAT.
Free delivery for all orders over 50€.
Refund and returning of products (Cancellation of purchase)
Ordered products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The return of unopened products, preserved in their original condition, is at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by our webshop. To refund the price of the returned products, contact us at hello@cycle.bio email address, and we will refund the purchase price of the returned products within 8 working days in case we are provided with all details needed.
Warranty
If the product you have purchased on our website does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, but our webshop does not provide delivery charges of the returned products. The 14-day return service does not affect the right of withdrawal for distance selling within 14 days, but is in addition to it for the benefit of CYCLE customers.
The returned product will only be accepted if it has been used in accordance with its intended purpose and the use has not caused significant depreciation of the product.
Our website reserves the right to refuse to accept products returned to us in unsatisfactory condition and/or with significant depreciation.
The CYCLE webshop further reserves the right to refuse to accept returned product(s) if it detects or has reasonable grounds to suspect that the user returning the product is abusing the 14-day product return service.
